Upon completing this spell, the caster fire a stream of extremely hot liquid candle wax from her outstretched hands. This deal 1d6 non-lethal fire damage per two caster level (maximum 5d6 at 10th) with a reflex allowed to halves the damage. All creature who fail the reflex save are covered in hot but rapidly cooling candle wax, taking an additional 1d6 non-lethal fire damage at the start of each of their turn and have a -4 penalty to their Dexterity. They may take a full-round action to wipe the candle wax off themselves, ending the effect.
The candle wax harden rapidly, after 3 turn or after they take any amount of cold damage they cease taking damage from this spell and instead become Immobilized. As a standard action, the stuck creature may attempt to free themselves with a DC 15 Strength check, successfully doing so also remove the Dexterity penalty and free them from the effect.
