Two target creatures of similar size category, of which you can be one, instantly swap positions and assume each other's likenesses at the same time. This functions as a combination of benign transposition (SpC pg. 27) and disguise self, though for the first two rounds after the transposition any saves to disbelieve the disguising glamer have their DC increased by +8.
