Damnation of the Earth

Range: Long (400 ft. + 40 ft./level)
Area: 1 mile/level radius spread
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Fortitude Negate
Spell Resistance: Yes

"Their people will become like walking corpses, their flesh rotting away. Their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths."

Once this terrible spell is used, all good-aligned and evil-aligned creature within it radius must make a Fortitude save or dies and have their soul spirited away into their respective afterlives. While good creatures painlessly vanish in a puff of light, destroying their body and leaving their equipment behind.

A much worse fate await evil creatures, who decay and morph significantly and dies in agony. This effectively instantly raise their corpses as uncontrolled Simple Zombies and they count as having been created under a desecrate effect. Any evil creatures with a CR of 10 or more instead become uncontrolled Malefic Corpse.

The caster is immune to the effect of this spell, but is unable to otherwise exclude creatures.
