Destiny By Design [General]
Prerequisites: Hexblade's Curse, must not have any luck feats.Benefit: Choose three hexblade class skills that are not Charisma-based. These skills become Charisma-based. Once per day, you may roll twice for any check using a chosen skill and take the better of the two rolls - you must decide to activate this feat before rolling.
Special: You can never obtain a luck feat, and effects that would grant you a luck bonus or penalty fail.
