Didn't See That Coming
You are not always aware of your environment, leading to saddening situations where you are caught by surprise when you really have no business to be.
Effect: Whenever you would be denied your Dexterity to AC you take a -4 penalty to AC. You cannot participate in surprise rounds you did not initiate, even if you successfully perceived the threat ahead of time or were warned.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
