Durzite Boots[edit]

These well-made boots are surefooted and comfortable. While the original designs came from durzites, the patterns and crafting knowledge passed on to other races. These boots provide a +2 circumstance bonus on both Balance and Climb skill checks as a masterwork tool. These boots are often used as a base for enchanted footgear, such as boots of striding and springing, adding the cost of this item to the cost of the finished enchanted item for the total value of the item. Thus, durzite boots of striding and springing would cost 5,620 gp.

A leatherworker or professional cobbler can make durzite boots. The cost below is for Small and Medium-sized creatures. The cost for smaller boots is 100 gp + (20 divided by 2 for every size smaller than Small). The cost for larger boots is 100 gp + (20 times 2 for every size larger than Medium).

Weight: 1 lb.

Cost: 120 gp
