The archer tumbled just out of the way of the dragon's breath and unleashed a cone of blinding shards into its eyes with a shot from his bow.
This counter functions exactly like Tumbling Riposte, except that rather than the single attack of opportunity, your attack of opportunity can be any Psychic Arrow Strike maneuver you have readied, as long as the initiation time is 1 standard action or less.
