Upon casting the targeted potion is increased to the caster's CL, with any and all improvements that entails. Furthermore, should this spell be memorized/cast with metamagic applied, the benefits of the metamagic feat are applied to the potion instead of the spell itself.
Example: When memorized/cast as a 4th level spell via the application of the extend spell feat, the duration doubling would affect the enhanced potion. So a Bear's Endurance potion, enhanced by this spell with the extend spell feat, cast by a 7th level wizard, would have a duration of 14 rounds.
Material Component: Any magical potion with non-permanent effects.
