Executive Dysfunction
You have difficulty performing actions optimally.
Effect: You are unable to use all your actions in any given round. You take a –2 penalty on attacks of opportunity. This flaw does not affect your ability to take a 5-foot step.
Examples: If you take a Standard action and a Move action, you cannot take a Swift action. If you take an Immediate action, on your coming turn, you won't be able to take a Full-Round action, but you could take a Standard action or a Move action.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
