The pyromancer Gaban raised her finger and spoke a few arcane words. Then suddenly a massive ball of scorching embers manifest in mid air, burning her foes before finally settling down on the ground where they burned their feet.

Designed by the pyromancer Gaban, this spell projects a ball of blazing embers. Any creature in the spell area takes 1d4 fire damages per caster level (maximum 5d4) with reflex save for half. Then the embers will litter the ground for a minute after the spell is completed.

Each time a creature moves into an area covered by embers (or spends a round fighting while standing in such an area). That creature must make a reflex save or take 1d4 fire damage and the creature’s speed is reduced by one-half because its foot is wounded. This movement penalty lasts for 24 hours, or until the creature is successfully treated with a DC 15 Heal check, or until it receives at least 1 point of magical curing.
