You wield the power of gravity to make push or pull your opponent, if you hit you make a Bull Rush at range in any direction (including up or down), using your Intelligence instead of your Strength and adding your initiator level to the check. If successful you do not follow your opponent along and this movement is not limited by your movement.
You may deliver this maneuver either a ranged touch attack or as part of a melee attack.
