The Hammer of Titanic Force is a simple looking Powerful Rebound Throwing Adamantine Warhammer, with a short haft and a heavy-looking head. The hammer cannot be used in two-hand but counts as a two-handed weapon whenever advantageous. The magical power of the hammer is proportional to the power of the user, it is always under the effect of greater magic weapon with a caster level equal to the wielder's character level.
On the first thrown attack made with the Hammer of Titanic Force in a round, the wielder may either attack the same creature thrice or attack all creatures in a line between herself and the target of her attack. If she chooses the former, she makes three attacks at her attack bonus -2, each of these attacks dealing full damage. If she chooses the latter, she makes an attack at her attack bonus against each creature of her choosing in a line between her and the target of her attack. On the first melee attack made with the Hammer of Titanic Force in a round, the wielder may make a Bull Rush against the target of her attack if she hit. If the bull rush is successful she does not move alongside her target.
When the wielder attempts a Strength check to forcefully open a portal, shatter an unattended item or Bull Rush a creature with the hammer, her Strength count as 61 unless it would be higher. If the wielder takes a full-round action to perform such action, she counts as having rolled a natural 20 on the check. Any attacks made with the hammer bypass any DR or Hardness and object might have, ignoring any special defenses any object might have except another major artifact.
The Hammer of Titanic Force cannot be lifted by anyone, one must prove themselves worthy. A potential wielder cannot use the Use Magic Device to become worthy of wielding the hammer and become its rightful owner. Once lifted by a worthy individual she becomes attuned with the hammer until she ceases to be worthy or dies. An attuned wielder can teleport the hammer to her hand as a free action, even across planes. The Hammer of Titanic Force is weightless for its worthy wielder.
Destruction: To destroy the Hammer of Titanic Force, a worthy user must be convinced to abandon it and cast it aside. The hammer must then be targeted by a ray of enfeeblement which makes it vulnerable to damage for a day.
