This amulet shines a faint light blue color, though not quite to the extent of the Healer's Necklace. When worn, the periapt functions as a crown of the White Raven^ToB, except that it grants maneuvers from the Ideal Heart discipline.

This item comes in three varieties: novice (which grants a maneuver of up to 3rd level), scholar (which grants a maneuver of up to 6th level), and master (which grants a maneuver of up to 9th level).

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, knowledge of a maneuver from the Ideal Heart discipline.

Cost to Create: 1,500 gp, 120 XP, 3 days (novice); or 7,500 gp, 600 XP, 15 days (scholar); or 22,500 gp, 1,800 XP, 45 days (master)
