Made from a tough blackened leather, well oiled, with spiked metal riveted through, it fastens tightly around the neck, providing fashionable style and the ability to breath out fire.
As a standard action command, the wearer of this collar can belch out a small gout of flame, as a hell hound would. This creates a 10-foot cone that deals 2d6 fire damage, with a Reflex save DC 13 for half. This ability can be used 5 times per day, but the wearer must wait 2d4 rounds in-between uses.
Additionally, the wearer may slot a weapon augment crystal into the collar to function for any bite attack they may possess.
Note: The base collar's cost is negligible, but may need to be made from special materials or cost more depending on the size of the creature it is intended for. Adjust price accordingly.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Burning Hands.
