Hidden Manifestation [Psionic] Prerequisites: Ability to manifest psionic powersBenefit: In order to notice your display when using psionic powers, bystanders must make a spot check opposed by your manifester level check. You may add your manifesting ability modifier to this manifester check. Normal: You normally have a display for all psionic powers that you manifest.
