Hyperconscious[edit]
A Hyperconcious creature is capable of using psionic powers with extreme ease, even without formal training. An Hyperconcious typically do not differ from the base creature in it shape and form, although sometime they possess enlarged cranium or swirl of psionic energy around them.
Creating a Hyperconscious Creature[edit]
Hyperconscious is a an inherited template that can be added to any non-mindless creature, it represent extremely powerful natural psionic potential in a creature.
Ability Scores: A Hyperconscious receives a +4 bonus to any one of her mental ability scores.
Size and Type: A Hyperconscious creature's type remain unchanged and gain the psionic subtype if the base creature didn't already had it.
Feat: A Hyperconscious creature receive a bonus [Psionic] feat it meet the prerequisite of.
Special Qualities: A Hyperconscious creature receives the following special qualities.
Hyperscient Psionic: A Hyperconscious creature manifest power as a Psychic Warrior of her character level, however she has access to the Psion/Wilder list and one of the Psion's discipline list rather than the Psychic Warrior list and has the Psion's power points per day. She may use her highest mental ability score to determine the highest level power she can manfiest, her bonus powers points and her DC rather than her Wisdom.
Psionic Relaxation: A Hyperconscious creature that is not Fatigued or Exhausted reduce the cost of manifesting any of her power by 1, to a minimum of 0. This ability does not allow you to augment a power more than you would normally be able to augment it, it simply reduce the final consumption of power points.

Level Adjustment: +3
