Hypnotoad Eye[edit]
You replace one of your eye with the eye of a dire hypnotoad, granting you the ability to hypnotize others with but a look. This graft grant the host a gaze attack usable as a standard action, every affected creature must make a DC (10 + 1/2 HD + Cha mod) will save or become fascinated for as long as you maintain the gaze (each round as a standard action). This is obviously a mind-affecting [compulsion] ability.
Once per day you may attempt either a insidious suggestion or a mass suggestion as a free action, the target (or targets) must be creatures fascinated by your hypnotic gaze.
If you replace both of your eyes with this graft, you may use the insidious suggestion/mass suggestion a number of time equal to your charisma modifier (minimum 1/day). The constant passive hypnotic waves you emit also make any non-hostile creatures one step friendlier towards you than normal (to a maximum of Friendly). This is only an 'initial attitude' - if you take any actions that harm or offend them, their attitude will adjust appropriately.
