I will destroy this climate!
A terrifying power, Ice Age Bomb is it most basic application create a 20-ft radius sphere which deal 10d6+10 cold damage on contact, it start from the outstretched hand of the caster and move 120 feet each round. As a free action, upon contact with an object completely blocking or after 5 rounds of travelling, the sphere detonate in a 100-ft radius spread, dealing another 17d6+17 cold damage with Fortitude save allowed to halves the damage.
Creatures brought to 0 hp or lower by this spell can be turned into ice statues at your choice instead of killing them. This acts like flesh to stone except it is ice (hardness 2 and the risk of melting).
However, if the sphere is fired at the sky and allowed to travel for it full 5 rounds before exploding, it will alter the weather in the area in dramatic fashions. The Ice Age Bomb will cause a massive Blizzard 5 minutes after it detonate, the blizzard will cover 1 miles/manifester level and last for 1d4+1 days. After which the climate in the area affected by the blizzard become two category colder than normal for 1d4 years before returning to normal, all surrounding area become one category colder for the same amount of time.
Augment: For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage increases by one die (d6). For each extra two dice of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
