You've never seen something so disgusting in your like.

It could be a spider. Or maybe a roach. Whatever it is, the insect of supreme disgust is a creature that creates such revulsion and fear no one can just ignore it. It poses no threat, but its mere presence wants to make others draw their attacks to it in hopes to rid the world of it.

Combat[edit]

The insect has no attacks, but its existence can disrupt a battle just by being there. Of course, when attacked it might not even die properly thanks to Why Won't You Die.

Abnormal Reflexes (Ex): For something so low level and harmless, it sure is nimble. It gains a +10 racial bonus to Reflex saves.

Improved Evasion: As the monk class ability.

Revolting Presence (Ex): Anyone who can see the insect becomes disgusted by it, and this strength is something internal rather than the bug's own presence. As a result, the DC is 15 + 1/2 the opponent's HD as a Will save. On a failed save, they are nauseated for 1 round, or unaffected for the round on a successful save. Anyone who attacks the insect must also make a save, or become nauseated on a failed save and sickened on a successful save for 1 round. This is considered a gaze attack which goes out to visual range, and affects all sighted non-vermin creatures. This is a mind-affecting effect.
