A foul collection of ruined civilization and hatred.

A hideous pile of rusted cogwork, smoke-choked piping, and cracked doll parts is held together is vaguely humanoid form by a stinking mass of organic sludge, thick black oil, and fetid pitch. It stands upon four stumpy legs and its movements are jerky and erratic. Hunched over and staring out of the dead lifeless eyes of a doll's head, its dim intelligence is consumed by malice.

A servant of corruption and decay, insideous ruins are dimwitted and dark hearted creatures which seek to undermine the world and undo creation, transforming it to desolate wasteland and void. Born from black piles of sludge known as liquid ruin, they are cheap and expendable, massing upon the land in great numbers and overwhelming their mortal opposition out of sheer endurance. The coming of insidious ruin always heralds the approach of more dangerous forms and eventually the Infernal Train itself.

Combat[edit]

Insidious Ruin have a simple-minded approach to combat, moving forward and striking the opponent until they are dead. When given the opportunity, the pipes on their back up will light with infernal flame and smoke and they will charge into battle, striking much harder than their meager forms would suggest.

Anathema (Ex): Abominations are not affected by supernatural, spell-like or spells of a divine nature such as divine spellcasting, salient divine abilities and the abilities of deities and divine creature. Additionally any weapon they wield, spells, spell-like abilities, supernatural abilities and natural attack count as having the bane property against all divine creatures and creatures capable of divine casting.

Body Slam (Ex): Insidious Ruin deal an extra 1d8+Str in damage on a charge attack.

Ruinous Body (Ex): The Insidious Ruin is composed of a thick toxic substance which is dangerous to touch. It's natural attacks deal an extra 1d6 acid damage, and those striking the insidious ruin with natural attacks, unarmed strikes, or grappling the creature take the same 1d6 acid damage each strike.
