Inspirational Presence [General]
Prerequisites: Bard Level 1Benefit: Unlike most bards, your magical power is not directly linked to music or sound. You can use Bardic Music without any kind of accompanying performance. For the purpose of Bardic Music or perquisites you are treated as if you had maximum ranks in perform. Additionally you can use Bardic Music when deaf without incurring any chance of failure. Finally you may ignore the verbal components of any of your bard spells.
Normal: You must accompany all bardic Music with performances. All bard spells have verbal components.
