Instantaneous Prediction
Clairsentience
Level: Seer 3
Display: Mental
Manifesting Time: Immediate Action
Range: Long
Effect: One Creature.
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will Partial
Power Resistance: No
Power Points: 5

You predict the actions a creature within long range will do, forcing it to declare it next action to you. Upon being declared, the creature must attempt to complete this action unless it become aware that you divined it action, at which point it can take another action instead on a successful Will save. If the predicted action was an attack or targeted ability against you, you gain a 50% miss chance against this ability as you deftly dodging using your precognition. This version of the power may only be used during the targeted creature's turn.

If you use this power during your turn you instead replicate the effect of the Predict Action skill trick, except using your caster level + casting ability score modifier instead of your Sense Motive.

If the creature is protected against Clairsentience (such as being under the effect of mind blank) this power has a 50% chance of failing instead of being completely negated.
