Kinetic Forcefield

A pale blue glowing globe of kinetic force surrounds you. For each turn you make a melee attack, cast a spell with somatic component or move at least 20 ft, you gain +1 shield bonus to AC for the duration of the spell (up to +4). For each round you are inactive (witch you not attack, cast a spell with somatic component, or move at least 20 ft), the shield bonus is decreased by 1 (until it reaches 0, or until the spell ends). When the shield bonus reach 0 by this effect, the spell is ended. Whenever you make a critical hit, you gain temporary hit points equal to half the damage done (up to twice your caster level). These temporary hit points remains for a number of rounds equal to half your caster level and do not stacks with other sources of temporary hit points.
