Mixed Blood[edit]

You carry the blood of another race, by a mystic ritual, a strange mixture of genes, or simply someone in your ancestry having been of another race.

Benefit: Choose a race not of your own. For all effects of race, including feats, activating items, and taking classes, you count as a being of that race in addition to your own. You gain a +1 bonus to Bluff and Diplomacy checks with members of that race. This trait does not change your subtype or type.

Drawback: Take a -2 penalty when making Bluff or Diplomacy check with members of your own race.

Roleplaying Ideas: Characters with this trait might feel rejected by their own race, be considered misshapen or weird by them, might always feel like outsiders with their own race, or might feel an affinity to their ancestor race, having heard tales of their ancestry and always having been fascinated by them.
