Pathetic
You are a pathetic being, drawing at best pity from those around you.
Effect: You either take a –3 penalty on Bluff and Diplomacy, or do not add your Charisma bonus to them, whichever leads to a lower bonus. Additionally you take a –2 penalty to AC.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
