A pair of boots with small wing ornament mounted on them, simply wearing these boots grant a +10 bonus on your land speed.
As a move action the wearer of the Pegasus' boots may run in place, building up speed. After doing so the wearer's land speed doubles for any future movement until she stops moving. If she performs a charge attack after building speed it counts as a mounted charge.
A Monk or character with the Heavy Kick feat may kick with the Pegasus Boots, dealing double damage on the first ‘heavy kick’ attack during a “mounted charge”.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, expeditious retreat.
Cost to Create: 2,500 GP, 200 EXP, 5 days.
