Perish Rose
Verdant Channeler Green; 8th

As a full-round action you may grow a white rose linked to the life of a creature within medium range. The creature is allowed a Will save to prevent the effect, otherwise the rose grow. As long as you possess the rose the creature is under a constant status effect to you. The rose has no lifespan, although it may die of neglect or be killed as a free action by the Verdant Challenger who created it. If the rose die, the target is allowed a Fortitude save with a -8 penalty or die outright.

As a side effect as long as the rose exist, the target cease to age and do not die of old age. As a result some Verdant Channeler keep such rose of their loved one, effectively granting them immortality. If the target dies due to other circumstances and the rose is alive, it may be used as material component for a resurrection or true resurrection spell instead of diamond, doing so remove the need for a body.

A creature who succeed on their initial Will save become immune to this invocation for 24 hours.
