This function as planar rip it leads to a space between the planes, creatures who fail their will saves are frightened no matter their alignment. All caught creatures essentially suffer the same fate as if they were affected by the imprisonment spell unless they manage to escape before the portal is closed.
Augment: For every additional power point you spend, the range of the cone of wind increase by 10 ft.. For each extra 20 ft., this power’s save DC increases by 1
