This power function much like cloud mind except it affect all creatures in the area, you may designate a creature to not be targeted by this effect as a free action. If a creature succeed on it save against it is immune to the effect of this particular manifesting.
Augment: For every 2 additional power point you spend, you increase the radius of the emanation by 5 ft. and increase the DC of this power by 1..
