Psychic Disturbance

Your psychic powers are flawed, projecting an aura of unease and discomfort onto others. Those also psionically sensitive are even more aware of it.

Prerequisite: Must have psychic spellcasting or the psionic subtype.

Effect: You take –4 penalty on Bluff, Diplomacy, Handle Animal and Gather Information. Additionally, non-hostile humanoids and animals are one step less friendly towards you than normal (to a minimum of Unfriendly). This is only an 'initial attitude' – if you take any actions that please or offend them, their attitude will adjust appropriately.

The penalty to Bluff, Diplomacy increases to –8 and also applies on Disguise checks against creatures able to cast psychic spells, those with the Psychic Sensitivity feat or with the psionic subtype. Additionally those creatures gain a +2 bonus on attack rolls and damage rolls against you. Conversely you do not take the penalties of this flaw when interacting with characters with the the Psychic Null feat.

Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
