A power made the contemplative Yùwén, it combine both telepathy and telekinesis to immobilize and damage her foes. As you unleash this power, you cause all enemies within the area to take 3d4 force damage and make a Will save or become Immobilized and be unable to take actions outside of it turn (such as attacks of opportunity and immediate action). The creature is held by a mix of telepathic interference with it mind and telekinetic energy holding it in place.
If a creature immune to mind-affecting effect is struck by this power, it still take the damage but no secondary effect. This power is highly selective, it does not affect creatures you consider friends nor creature you are unable to perceive.
Augment: For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage increases by 1d4 points. For each extra 2d4 points of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
