Quicksilver Style

"Stand still!"

Warps either your relationship with time, or your body & mind's speed, whichever you prefer, to drastically increase the rate at which you can capitalize on the 6 seconds a round provides.

While active, you are given one extra round worth of actions, usable outside of your turn, in the same way as an immediate action is usable outside of your turn. If two characters have this active at one time, they trade initiative each time they use a rounds worth of actions, and cannot use them against each other reactively as with their other opponents. Hence, in a 1v1 duel, they effectively counter one another.

Once the duration expires, you are effectively staggered for 2 rounds, as you get used to reality keeping pace with you once more.
