As you manifest this power you call upon the echoes of a dead's creature mind and use psionic energy to regenerate their cellular structure, bring them back to life. The manifester of this power must invest 10 power points per HD of the dead creature in their remains, which do not count as part of the power cost. You may invest the power points, over multiple session but it if the investment isn't completed over 3 days it is wasted. Once this is done, the creature is raised as per raise dead.
The use of this power cause the manifester 6 points of Ability Burn to their manifesting ability score.
Augment: By spending 4 additional power points you can replicate the effect of resurrection instead upon investing enough power points in their remains.
