With a command, hot rice was ready in just a single minute.
This pot with lid, when commanded, heats itself inside, conjuring rice and water, cooking for 1 minute. After which, expertly cooked rice awaits inside, ready to eat. It can prepare different styles of rice, with varying consistencies and spiced versions, such as being prepared for sushi or ready to have a curry poured over it. When commanded, a number of servings must be stated, and the pot can create up to 5 servings at once (and up to 5 servings per day). The pot is considered to have gotten a 20 on its Craft (cooking) check when doing so. Each serving of magical rice nourishes a Medium creature for one day.
Rice that has not been consumed vanishes after 4 hours. The pot cleans itself after use.
The pot can also be used as a regular cooking pot, in which it provides a +2 bonus as a masterwork skill tool for Craft (cooking) checks.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, create food and water.
