This simple ring can produce a shield-sized and shield shaped luminous wall of force, which behave as a heavy shield. The shield is weightless and without encumbrance, and thus has no armor check penalty or arcane spell failure chance. This shield count as a force effect for the purpose of interacting with incorporeal creature, this it shield bonus apply to Incorporeal touch attack.
It can be activated and deactivated at will as a free action. Since the shield is effectively a wall of force, only effect which can damage or destroy a wall of force can damage or destroy it. If the shield is destroyed this way it cannot be reactivated again for 24 hours.
Finally you may enhance the ring as if it was a magic shield, always applying any bonuses and enhancement to the shield this ring create.
Prerequisites: Forge Ring, wall of force.
Cost to Create: 4,250 GP, 340 EXP, 8 days.
