This prized and highly coveted platinum and silver ring bestows upon the wearer eternal life and the ability to survive mortal wounds.
This incredibly powerful ring allows the wearer to live forever. While worn it acts as a ring of sustenance with no attunement time and the wearer ceases to age. The true power of the ring is completely mastery over death, the wearer become immune to death-effect and cannot otherwise die as long as it's worn. It does not protect against injuries, the wearer's negative hit point simply accumulates endlessly nor does it regenerate lost limbs.
The limitation of the magic prevents it from working if the ring is disconnected from the wearer's head, such as from the removal of the finger the ring is worn on. As a result, decapitation and disintegration are still highly effective. However since the body simply accumulate damage, the destruction must be brought by a dedicated effect (such as the disintegrate spell, or a vorpal weapon) or with a Coup de Grace.
Prerequisites: Forge Ring, resurrection, wish.
Cost to Create: 100,000 GP, 8,000 EXP, 200 days.
