Scatterbrained
You have trouble concentrating and performing multiple tasks in an orderly manner.
Effect: You take a -4 penalty on Concentration checks, cannot cast defensively and any successive action (such as a full-attack) you take in a round suffer a cumulative -1 penalty. By example a scatterbrained fighter would take a -1 on her second attack in a round, then a -2 on her third.
Benefit: A High bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
