Skyfather's Might[edit]
This +5 stormcall thunderbolt thunderbronze heavy mace is relatively simple and squarish in appearance. It cracks with lightning when readied and the wielder can feel a 'force' coming from inside. All attacks made with Skyfather's Might ignore armor and shield bonus to AC. Additionally the wielder of Skyfather's Might is under a constant empowered call lightning storm (caster level 20th), the number of bolts the user may call refreshes at the rate of 1 per minute.
It is the main battle weapon of the Warlord Ultaar, a fierce conqueror, ruthless ruler and fervent believer in "might make right". Skyfather's Might embodies this philosophy by outright destroying lesser creatures. Any creature of 17 HD or lower struck by Skyfather's Might has a 5% chance of being instantly obliterated, destroying their body as per disintegrate. If that were to happen the wielder may spare their life as a nonaction, rendering the target unconscious for 3d6 hours instead. The chances of automatic destruction increase by 5% for each 2 HD a creature has below 17 HD (to a maximum of 45% at 1 HD).
If the wielder is a ruler, it act as a Bane weapon against any of their rebellious subjects.
Skyfather's Might is a major artifact, it is thus indestructible in most circumstance. It is possible to destroy Skyfather's Might by discarding it in a star.
