The wearer of the ring is immune to all poison, gains the druid's wild empathy (snakes only), gains the ability to speak with animals (snakes only), and finally may cast vipergoutSpC as a spell-like ability three times per day.
If the wearer is a caster, she may count any spell on the scalykind domain spell list as a spell known as long as she wears the ring (assuming she is able to cast spells of the appropriate level).
