Snaring Sneak Attack [Ambush] The vital wound on the monster began to sprout roots, entangling its legs and wings.Prerequisites: Sneak Attack +1d6Benefit: Your successful sneak attack forces your opponent to make a Fortitude save DC 10 + the number of sneak attack dice you possess + your dexterity modifier or else have its movement speed reduced by 5 ft. for all movement modes. This speed decrease stacks with each failed save, but the enemy can make a new save at the end of each of its turns to decrease the speed penalty by 10 ft. An opponent reduced to a land speed of 0 ft. that is also touching ground becomes entangled as if they failed a saving throw against the Entangle spell.

Using this feat is a supernatural effect. Your opponent can use any resistances or immunities that would apply to the Entangle spell, other than spell resistance.

For example: if you hit a flying opponent with a 20 ft. land speed and a 30 ft. fly speed 3 times and use this feat and they fail their save each time, their speed is reduced to a 5 ft. land speed and 15 ft. fly speed. If the opponent saves at the end of their next turn, their land speed becomes 15 ft. and their fly speed becomes 25 ft. If you hit them 5 times and they fail all their saves on your next turn, their land speed and fly speed become 0 ft. On their next turn they will fall, taking fall damage and also become entangled when they hit the ground.

Using this feat reduces your sneak attack damage by 1d6. You can apply this feat multiple times to a single attack, increasing the amount of speed reduction by 5 ft., but spending an additional 2d6 sneak attack damage for each additional time you apply it. Special: Unlike other supernatural Ambush feats, an enemy must save against this feat each time you make a successful sneak attack against them.
