5e Spell Sound Burst
2nd-level evocation
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 30ft
Components: V, S, M (A musical instrument)
Duration: Instantaneous
Casters: Bard, Cleric, Sorcerer

A tremendous cacophony erupts from a point you choose within range, audible out to 300ft. Each creature in a 10ft-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw; On a failed save, a creature suffers 2d8 points of Thunder damage, and is Stunned until the beginning of your next turn. On a successful saving throw, they suffer half as much damage and are not stunned.

A Deafened creature or one that cannot otherwise hear is not Stunned by this spell, but still suffers the damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
