Stretches

You have a bad tendency to cramp up, and you need a good stretch before going into action.

Effect: Whenever you are in a stressful situation you need to stretch yourself to avoid cramping up. While acting in a stressful situation you take a -2 penalty to attack roll, skill checks and AC. This penalty increases by 1 each consecutive round thereafter, to a maximum of -5. As a move action you may do stretches, which prevent the onset of any penalty if done before acting or immediately remove any existing penalty granted by this flaw. Once you stretch you do not risk a penalty for the duration of the encounter.

Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
