Balance

The Dire Reverend won't be coming back to add balance to this or anything else (may he rest in peace).

I'll second the moderate. This is a situational and potentially small bonus in the early game, but it can become a very large one that removes a large penalty to intimidate (the other being hit die bloat). It seems much closer to the utility level of power attack than any of the skill feats, and this moderate. - Tarkisflux ^Talk 14:58, 29 July 2013 (UTC)
