| Leziad covered my complains below, in addition to the fact it's... kind of useless mechanically. mostly, this spell just exists just to be a dick.

Good or evil?
This is a necromancy spell, for some reason, and is therefore evil. On the other hand, it does not seem like it is meant to be evil. Evil applications would be to send good people who died in the service of good to the lower planes anyway. Good applications would be redeeming people, and sending their souls on the way. If you made it such that the soul had to be willing, then it would be unabashedly good. Not sure what you are aiming for, though. -- Aelaris 00:35, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

- Besides fluff, the spell doesn't seem to have any mechanical benefit. The closest one I can think of is a BBEG saying "Lol I just sent your dead paladin buddy to hell, what do you think about that?" -- Eiji-kun 10:51, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
- It's a Cleric/Druid spell. They don't have to spend any resources to learn it, so it doesn't have to have a mechanical benefit beyond making characters upset. --Foxwarrior 00:23, 20 June 2011 (UTC)

Once upon a time... a 3rd level spell broke the Multiverse[edit]
The spell has HILARIOUS fallout, except the mentioned BBEG sending away the soul of PCs to hell or a evil caster using contingency to send their soul to the plane of unlimited blowjobs. Any evil kind or tyrants will be paying astronomical sums for the casting of such spells (or scrolls), I can see whole Interplanar guild only devoted to the spell, sending clients' souls to heaven while sending the client enemies' soul to hell. Whole fleet of Inevitable would be needed to fight the phenomena, a single Rod of Last Rites would break the concept of good and evil and send countries into anarchy. This spell changed death in a way even resurrection and the revolving door of death couldn't. --Leziad 01:29, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
