"TIME HAS STOPPED! AT LEAST FOR YOU!"

You cause a single creature to briefly halt in time, standing perfectly still (even in mid-air) and having it perception of time completely halted. The target of this spell is unable to perceive time pass and cannot act, however unlike temporal stasis or time stop the target can be interacted with, at least within limit by the caster. The target is not considered helpless while under the effect of this spell. While under the effect of this spell, the target is not affected by gravity, does not need to eat, breath or really anything since it metabolism has been halted as well.

The target can be damaged, however it take half damage and cannot be brought below 0 hit point while under the effect of this spell. If the target is damaged it is allowed a new Will save on the start of it next turn to end the effect. The caster may interact with the target's possession and body in nondamaging way normally as well. However the target is utterly immune to any effect which grant a Fortitude save or a Will save as well as all spells. Only the caster is able to interact with the target in such way, it is impervious to the touch of any other creatures.

If a target is immune to mind-affecting effect, the spell still take effect although the target retain her perception of time and the spell last only 1 round.

Once the creature return to normal time, all sensations inflicted upon it come onto it all at once, realizing what was done to it while it perception was halted. The target may take it turn as the spell end, as if it delayed it action, this only function if the creature didn't take it turn this round. If the caster move beyond the range of the spell, the spell immediately end.
