A small Adamantine bracelet, which can be worn on the anklet or wrist, each one of these possess a user for curse, though not for the wearer. If a creature knowingly speak the command word of one of these bracelet, the wearer is immediately the target of a locate creature with unlimited range and isn't blocked by lead. The command word may be spoken at any distance for the effect, as long as the creature who do so know it is activating the bracelet.
The bracelet is cursed and locked with a Adamantine Superior Lock, preventing it removal without a remove curse effect. Even if the curse is broken it must be unlocked and removed within 1 minute, otherwise the curse will set back.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, bestow curse, locate creature, the crafter must provide a superior lock made of adamantine worth 750 GP.
Cost to Create: 2000 GP, 80 EXP, 2 days.
