An exquisitely crafted and somewhat revealing Cheongsam, on it is the design of two serpentine dragons interlocking with each other. As a swift action you may have the dragon come to life, becoming two +1 Spiked Chains, one with the Flaming enhancement and one with the Frost Enhancement. If used together these 'spiked chains' count as a double weapon and they behave as if they had the Hovering enhancement.
You do not need to be proficient in those Spiked Chains to use them without penalty, however if you lack proficiency they are considered one-handed for the purpose of damage and combat maneuvers. You may have the dragons return to their normal forms as a swift action. If one or both of the dragons are destroyed it return to it clothing form and cannot be conjured again for 24 hours.
While the dragon are deployed, the Cheongsam has 10 charges per day which may be used to replicate one of the following spell.
- fire path (1 charge)
- frost breathSpC (1 charge)
- frostfire spray (2 charges)
The spell replicated by the Twin Dragon Cheongsam appears as breath weapon from one or both of the dragon's head and benefits from any effect which also benefits breath weapon. If the fire dragon head is disabled then fire path is unusable, if frost dragon head is disabled then frost breathSpC is unusable and if either are disabled frostfire spray is unusable.
