Aside from the reasonable objections that others have written, I agree that this really needs to be a race.

Should be a race, PRC, or feat.

As below. LA 0 is reaaaally hard to balance. I really recommend not touching it. Like, at all.

Again, another template that's just free bonuses for LA0. This should be sandboxed or overhauled into something else. This is how not to design material for D&D right now.

A Race of the Sea

Alright, for starters, calling it a race and having it be a template immediately sends up the flag of confusion on what you want this to be. Secondly, if the template doesn't provide any change to any particular category or heading, just remove that part from the template since it just clogs up what the reader is looking at. This is also missing some smw properties (semantic media wiki properties, little bits of code that show information in the tables to help readers search and find things), though, we'll get to fixing that later. The big problem here is, since it only provides benefits, at no cost, why wouldn't a character take this if he could? I'd like to see this cleaned up a bit more before I go and dig into the design choices and balance, though anyone else might anyways. --Ganteka Future (talk) 04:52, 14 March 2014 (UTC)

Bump for emphasis. A free +2 Dex and Cha, and other benefits at no loss for LA 0? I highly advise most don't make LA 0 templates since they are hell to balance. This doesn't really work. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 03:16, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
