When this spell is cast, the caster takes electricity damage from 1d6 to 15d6 (he choose the number of d6 of damage he took) and he creates a violent electric shock that inflicts 1d6 electricity damage per caster level (maximum 15d6 at 15th level) to the target, plus an extra number of d6 equal to the number of d6 he took as damage to cast this spell (to a total of 30d6). The caster and the targeted foe must succeed a Fortitude saving throw or be Dazed for 1 round. The target foe must also succeed a Will saving throw. If he fails, his Spell Resistance and his Resistance to Electricity are decreased by 10 for 1d4 rounds. This spell bypass immunity to Electricity of the caster, and half his Resistance to Electricity.
If the caster is under the effect of Retributive Discharge, he can cast this spell as a movement action instead of a standard action.
