Winged[edit]
A winged item hovers in the air if dropped. It stays in the space it was dropped (or disarmed) in, flapping along with its little wings. This counts as winged flight and it is otherwise subject to wind and weather conditions as normal.
This is a prestige enhancement. Equipment may have only a single prestige enhancement.
Moderate Transmutation; CL 7th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, levitate; Price: 1500 gp.
